Our facility is equipped with extensive commodity storage and is surrounded by abundant local forage resources, ensuring a reliable and sustainable feed supply for our operations. With multiple weigh scales available, we can efficiently handle feeders of varying sizes, catering to both small-scale and large-scale operations.

This 2989-head feedlot consists of 1075 head of confined spaces and 1914 head of open lot. This property has a long-standing history in the southern Iowa custom feeding industry. Situated on 295 acres of land, it also includes a renovated home and 8 structures.
We require a minimum of 20 heads, but we can accommodate more if a customer has multiple groups at the feedlot.
Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to provide their own feed.
Yes, we provide backgrounding and finishing services.
Yardage rates are negotiable and depend on the cattle.
